Private Pay/Sliding Scale
If we are not currently accepting your insurance, we also offer ability for private pay. The rate for our intake evaluation is $500 and each subsequent follow up is $300. We are committed to making care accessible. Our clinic offers a sliding scale fee structure with significant discounts. To qualify, patients must provide proof of income (such as a recent pay stub or tax return).
