We accept Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna. For patients paying out of pocket, our fees are $500 for a new patient visit (60 minutes) and $300 for follow-up visits (30 minutes). A sliding scale is available upon request, with discounts of up to 70% for those who qualify.

A $75 deposit is required when booking online. This is applied toward your appointment — if you no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Keeping our practice small and focused means your appointments are never rushed, your provider always knows your story, and there are no surprise bills or coverage denials to navigate. What you're quoted is what you pay.
