Calivor was founded by Dr. Harrison Strom, a board-certified psychiatrist. After years of treating acutely ill patients on inpatient psychiatric units, a pattern became impossible to ignore: patients had often spent months or years in outpatient care without ever seeing a psychiatrist. Appointments felt rushed. Diagnoses felt uncertain. And complex cases weren't getting the depth of attention they deserved.
